SHIPMENT AND RETURNS

SHIPMENTS

Shipment is always free on all products.

The orders will be processed and shipped within the next working day after receiving the orders. 

 

Deliveries take place, under normal conditions, in 3 to 5 working days from the moment the courier takes charge of the order.
For some areas of Europe it may take up to 6 or 7 working days.

If an order is placed on a Friday it will ship the following working Monday.

We will provide you with the tracking code when your order is shipped.

We know how essential timeliness is in the care of FIP and we are committed to delivering our orders in the shortest time possible, however we are in no way responsible for delays attributable to couriers or causes of force majeure.

RETURNS

The purchased products can be returned as long as the vials have not been opened in any way. Unfortunately, it can happen that the cat gets worse before starting the therapy and is unable to survive: in this case you can contact us to return the unused vials. You will receive a full refund but you will be responsible for return shipping.

Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
